Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches teachers (formative assessment, lesson planning, different learning modalities) for improving student learning and providing feedback.
• Collaborates with student support services and administrators to analyze and report student growth data.
• Compiles data from building/grade/subject achievement scores to inform instructional strategies.
• Ensures effective communication among teachers, administrators, and staff focused on student success.
• Models best learning practices for teachers in classrooms and professional development settings.
• Plans Professional Learning Communities and other grade-level meetings to share information for standards-based instruction.
