This school-year role provides an hourly rate of $18.00, with benefits for eligible full-time Fellows, ongoing coaching, and professional development to prepare you for a career in education.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• English proficiency (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to commit through end of school year.
• Successful background screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day.
• Build strong relationships with students and support their growth.
• Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors.
