You will receive onboarding, coaching, and collaborative lesson planning throughout the program year.

The role emphasizes hands-on practice-based learning and real impact on students' academic trajectories within a national service framework.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily high-impact math instruction in small groups.
• Track student progress and adapt teaching based on assessment data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and AmeriCorps members to align tutoring with curriculum.
• Engage in daily planning, 1-on-1 coaching, and structured professional development.
• Commit to the full school-year term and reliable daily attendance.
