Job summary
Blueprint Schools Network is seeking AmeriCorps Math Fellows to deliver daily, intensive small-group math instruction within the school day. Fellows will work directly with students to build confidence, strengthen foundational math skills, and help them reach their full potential through onboarding, coaching, and collaborative planning.
As part of the AmeriCorps program, Fellows receive structured development, ongoing support, and opportunities to advance education equity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Commitment to the full school-year term and reliable commute.
- Passion for educational equity and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily, small-group math instruction during the school day.
- Track student progress using assessment data to adapt teaching.
- Build strong relationships to foster academic confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and AmeriCorps members to align tutoring with instruction.
- Participate in daily planning sessions and structured professional development.
