Blueprint Schools Network is hiring a Blueprint Math Fellow to deliver targeted 12th-grade math instruction and career-trajectory exam prep across STL high schools. The role involves on-site and remote tutoring from school campuses, with two 10-week cohorts starting in October.

Ideal candidates have strong high school math knowledge, transportation to travel between sites, and an associate degree or higher. Prior remote tutoring is preferred in a multi-site, hybrid teaching environment.

Qualifications

• High school math knowledge up to 12th grade, algebra and geometry.
• Reliable transportation to travel between STL high schools.
• Associate degree or higher required or in progress.
• Remote tutoring experience preferred; sessions run from a school site.
• Strong engagement with 11th/12th graders and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient with Google Suite and educational tech for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted, small-group math instruction to 11th and 12th graders using provided curriculum.
• Prepare students for career certification exams and credit recovery.
• Lead in-person tutoring and remote sessions from a school campus.
• Adapt instructional strategies to support diverse student needs and data tracking.
• Monitor attendance and progress toward learning goals daily.
