Qualifications

• Coordinates communication across shifts through meetings and huddles.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and policies.
• Rounds on patients, staff, and physicians to gauge satisfaction and care quality.
• Delegates care in line with policy parameters; evaluates progress towards goals.
• Performs nursing care when needed and manages patient flow and staffing.
