Job summary

Oula is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our maternity practice in Norwalk, CT. You will help shape the patient experience by performing routine clinical and administrative tasks to keep clinics running smoothly and patients rooms-ready.

This temporary, full-time role offers the chance to contribute to a best-in-class maternity care experience with potential for permanent placement. Prior phlebotomy experience and EMR familiarity are essential, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or HS diploma with 3+ years healthcare experience.
• Proficient and comfortable in phlebotomy.
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Patient Rooming & Clinical Support.
• Administrative Support, Paperwork & Forms.
• Follow‑Up & Care Coordination.
• Clinic Flow & Team‑Based Operations.
• Communication & Patient Experience.
• Perform responsibilities within MA scope of practice.
• Maintain proficiency with equipment; report issues promptly.
• Follow universal precautions and safely dispose of medical waste.
• Anticipate and complete tasks that need attention even if unassigned.
• Support cross‑site coverage as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
