Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the Maternity Suites. This role champions clinical excellence, staff development, and a family-centered model of care, reporting to Nursing Administration.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, drive quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage resources to deliver safe, high-quality maternity services for mothers and newborns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• MSN or related field preferred.
• Maryland RN licensure or compact state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the Maternity Suites unit.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
