Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with health insurance policies (copays, coinsurances, referrals).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for new and prospective patients and nurture leads.
• Explain Diana Health care program and understand patient needs.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain payment options.
• Document key preferences in EMR and ensure strong patient experience.
• Coordinate care journeys from prenatal to postpartum stages.
• Engage obstetrics patients and connect to resources.
