Job summary

Oula is seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our growing maternity care practice. You will deliver full-spectrum perinatal care across our clinics, partner hospital, and virtual settings, providing patient-centered, judgment-free care within a collaborative team.

You will lead your own panel within an integrated OB-GYN team, participate in on-call coverage, and help shape our care model. Oula offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits as we expand.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure as required to practice midwifery and current AMCB certification as CNM or Certified Midwife.
• Two or more years of full-scope clinical midwifery experience preferred.
• Experience caring for diverse communities with a wide variety of needs.
• Experience with telemedicine or elements of virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provides full-scope midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum across clinics, hospital, and virtual settings.
• Attends births as the primary delivering clinician for low-risk patients and supports physiologic labor and birth.
• Collaborates with obstetricians, nurses and coordinators to provide whole-person care and education.
• Educates patients about the midwifery model of care and promotes patient engagement through Oula's technology.
• Works with product and engineering teams to improve the patient portal and care delivery.
