Job summary

Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI seeks a Clinical Navigator for the Family Care Unit to assist providers in caring for mothers with Opioid Use Disorder across antenatal, postnatal, and neonatal care. The role includes participant recruitment, research protocol administration, and data collection for FCU grants.

The incumbent will coordinate study activities, oversee the conduct and scope of studies, and ensure confidentiality while performing other related duties as requested.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in a research-related field; experience with children and families is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English are required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and statistics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides antenatal clinical navigation and family support for mothers with OUD.
• Provides neonatal, post-hospital maternal and neonatal care navigation and support.
• Coordinates daily operations and data collection for FCU research grants.
• Oversees study conduct and scope; coordinates study needs and data management.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and performs other duties as requested.
