Hartford HealthCare in the Greater Manchester region seeks a Perinatal Instructor to educate clients in family-centered maternity care, applying adult learning principles and a range of teaching tools. You will communicate clearly in group and one-to-one settings and help develop and evaluate program content.

The role involves updating course outlines, ensuring materials are current, and representing Maternity Services at community events.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized certification in one of several childbirth-related areas.
• RN or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in Maternal-Child health care setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides accurate, current information in classes following course outline.
• Collaborates with team on course development and updating materials.
• Responds to clients’ questions and tailors instruction as needed.
• Uses adult learning methods and visual aids during classes.
• Represents Maternity Services in public events and on social media.
