Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Maternal Fetal Medicine sonography experience.
• RDMS OB/GYN certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric ultrasound imaging including first trimester, anatomy, and fetal assessment.
• Selects appropriate transducers and settings for accurate exams.
• Review patient records and obtain history prior to exams.
• Calibrate and maintain ultrasound equipment; report failures.
• Document procedures for accurate billing and QA records.
• Assist in teaching residents and students.
