Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for initial evaluation and treatment of patients.
• Documents history, exam, and orders in the EMR.
• Discusses findings with physician colleagues and staff as needed.
• Maintains progress notes and appropriate treatment plans.
