Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop nursing care plans; compile databases and nursing diagnoses.

• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate patient care with family, health team and post-discharge planning.
• Document patient status and care plan in medical records; communicate with physicians and staff.
