Job summary

GBMC Hospital in Towson, MD, is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a full-time role. Under supervision, you will manage clinical care, document comprehensive histories, orders, and treatment plans in the EMR, and coordinate with specialists as needed.

You will evaluate medical, social, and educational needs, refer to appropriate services, and provide patient and family education on health and preventive care. Maryland license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical program.
• Licensed to practice in Maryland; Board Certified in specialty.
• Maintain required CME credits for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and treatment of patients in assigned areas.
• Document patient history, physicals, orders, and progress notes in the EMR.
• Initiate referrals to relevant departments and community resources as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive health.
