WellSpan Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool assignment in Franklin County. The role involves training across Family Birthing Services, NICU and Pediatric units, with required experience in FBS/NICU/Ped.

The RN will cover 12-hour night shifts, every 4th weekend, and is eligible for shift and weekend differentials. Minimum requirements include RN licensure and nursing competencies across units.

Formación

• Experience in customer service behaviours and strong communication skills.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience in Family Birthing Services, NICU or Pediatric units preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Demonstrates safe medication practices and accurate transcription of orders.
• Maintains professional image and participates in staff meetings and in-services.
• Acts as a resource and leads in patient care planning and problem solving.
• Coordinates discharge planning and patient education; responds to emergencies.
