Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an RN Float in Women and Children's Services for full-time night shifts. The role supports L&D, Mother Baby and NICU with floating across areas and adherence to ANA standards.

Requires three+ years of acute nursing experience in Women and Children's Services, BSN, and active RN license; PALS and/or NRP, along with BLS, are required. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of current acute nursing experience within past 5 years in Women and Children's Services.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program and BSN.
• PALS and/or NRP certification based on areas floated; BLS required.

• Interact with patients, families and health team, maintaining ANA standards.
• Float to multiple assigned areas within Women & Children’s Services.
