Job summary

Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, CA, seeks a experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Maternal Child Health team. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical care delivery while partnering with physicians and leaders to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers, newborns, and families.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, staff and physician satisfaction, and continuous improvement across Women's and Children's Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Maternal Child Health Department experience within the last two years is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned departments, including staffing and delivery of clinical care.
• Meet budget targets and monitor cost efficiency.
• Improve staff satisfaction via turnover and surveys, and physician satisfaction via surveys.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and safe staffing ratios for quality care.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, counsel employees, and address attendance/education needs.
• Actively lead or participate in teams/committees to drive outcomes and excellence.

Education
