Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in precast/prestressed and lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily material handling operations including storing and shipping product.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate material handling staff to ensure productivity and safety.
• Coordinate movement of product and trailer availability to support production and customer fulfillment needs.
• Communicate with Tool Room and Steel Fab department regarding distribution of erection material to job sites.
• Apply knowledge of DOT load weights and laws to aid in building loads in Concrete Vision.
• Maintain understanding of rigging and equipment including Mi-jacks, trucks, and trailers.
• Collaborate with Production, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to optimize material flow.
