Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse material handlers, ensuring timely material flow to production and effective documentation. Responsibilities include safety meetings, training, cross-training, and coordinating with inventory control and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in manufacturing, a forklift license, ERP/MRP knowledge, and strong leadership. May require travel to company facilities and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing a group of 10 or more people.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Forklift license is required; CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of warehouse material handlers and coordinate daily activities.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and document attendance for HR.
• Train staff on procedures and cross-train across areas.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and proper paperwork for ERP processing.
• Maintain organized documentation and reports for inventory control.
