Qualifications

• Education equivalent to completion of high school.
• Experience managing a group of 10 or more people.
• Approved forklift driving license.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of warehouse material handlers and coordinate daily activities.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain documentation for HR.
• Train and reinforce warehouse procedures and cross-train staff.
• Conduct audits of work and address discrepancies; support inventory control.
• Maintain equipment (forklifts, scales, pallet jacks, scanners) in good condition.
• Ensure paper work for issued materials is properly documented and entered into ERP.
