Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Raw Materials Handler-Warehouse Worker to manage inventory cycle counts, shipping, and receiving daily. The role supports production operations and adheres to quality and lean processes.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, unpacking crates, documenting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years' related experience, and the ability to obtain a forklift license and security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pre-employment assessment if not.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license with clean record within 3 years.
• Ability to obtain forklift license and security clearance for customer sites.
• Able to read simple work orders and operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Good communication and teamwork with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cycle Counts, Shipping, Receiving, Delivery and Inventory daily activities.
• Load/Unload trucks using forklift, pallet jack, and/or hand truck.
• Unpack crates, inspect items for accuracy and damage; document results.
• Place receipts on-hold if incorrect or paperwork incomplete; coordinate corrections.
• Process transactions in the job scope system for Shipping, Receiving, and bin transfers.
• Assist production operations and maintain shipping/receiving files.
