Job summary

Eastern Metal Supply, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations, receiving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment. You will move items, restock shelves, and help maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to multitask. Forklift experience is a plus, and Monday through Friday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from receiving/storage to shipping/production areas.
• Sort and place materials by size, type, style, or product code.
• Restock materials and fill requisitions as needed.
• Package materials for shipping or truck delivery.
• Measure, cut, and package materials per order specs.
• Maintain accurate Material Movement paperwork.
• Inspect inventory for damage and report findings.
• Participate in safety meetings and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
