Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Materials, or Polymer Engineering (MS a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in material selection, testing, and validation preferred.
• Knowledge of polymeric material testing and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept generation and develop design ideas to satisfy product concepts.
• Model concepts through drawings and communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Oversee prototyping and testing against requirements (thermal, mechanical, chemical).
• Lead design reviews to confirm customer and performance requirements are met.
• Prepare and review technical literature and train teams on new products.
