Job summary

• Five years of applicable experience.
• Solid computer, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to lead projects and project teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Material support to meet daily and weekly material KPI.
• Ensure all team members follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation, processes, and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of material data, downtime, and material usage.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process or workflow enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with material activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained in the work area.
• Perform trailer dock management inbound and outbound.
• Manage line area support for your assigned district.
• Complete End of Shift Audit for next shift start-up.
