Job summary

AUTOKINITON in Greenville, SC is seeking a Materials Team Lead to coordinate daily activities, assign tasks to material handlers, and ensure production needs are met. You will guide the team to optimize material flow and maintain accuracy in inventories while upholding safety standards.

Reporting to the Material Supervisor, you will communicate shortages and production needs to supervisors and manage relationships across production and management.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Materials Team; guide material handlers.
• Manage material flow and ensure on-time delivery to production.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Uphold safety procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate shortages and needs to supervisors and management.
