Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Material Handler III to oversee advanced material handling and coordination within the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution to support production. You will lead Level 1 & 2 handlers, train new associates, and contribute to inventory control improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have 4–6 years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, strong inventory management skills, and forklift

Qualifications

• Advanced material handling experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Experience with inventory management systems and process improvements.
• Forklift training and certification records provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced material handling and coordination to support production.
• Use ERP to process cycle counts and review on-hand inventory and activity.
• Train and direct Level 1 & 2 material handlers; mentor junior staff.
• Manage cycle counts including hazardous/non-hazardous materials; report adjustments.
