Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Supply Chain Materials Systems & Process Manager to standardize SOPs, align ERP/WMS, and lead the Training & Analysis Team.

You will own material flow, drive KPI tracking, audits, and readiness across sites, and partner with IT, Finance, Production and Quality. This role emphasizes scalable processes, training programs, and enterprise-wide consistency from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, or materials management
• ERP/WMS experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow

Responsibilities

• Process and SOP Standardization: Develop, publish, and maintain standardized SOPs for receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and replenishment.
• Process and SOP Standardization: Drive enterprise-wide standardization so every site runs the same core processes, with documented, approved exceptions only.
• Process and SOP Standardization: Manage SOP version control and change management so field practice and written procedure stay aligned.
• Systems Alignment (ERP/WMS): Align physical material flow with ERP/WMS transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and end-to-end traceability.
• Systems Alignment (ERP/WMS): Act as SME for materials-related system configuration, transaction discipline, and process-to-system gaps.
• Systems Alignment (ERP/WMS): Partner with IT, Finance, Production, and Quality to define requirements and resolve system or data issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Supply Training & Analysis Team.
• Team Leadership: Set the team's annual plan for curriculum releases, site training cycles, readiness assessments, and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Coach team members on instructional quality, data analysis, and technical depth in materials and warehouse operations.
• Audits, KPIs, and Corrective Action: Conduct process audits and monitor KPIs, including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and shortages.
• Audits, KPIs, and Corrective Action: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans (CAPs), and feed recurring findings back into SOPs and training.

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Materials Systems & Process Manager owns how materials move, are recorded, and are taught across the enterprise, and leads the team that confirms every site is ready to run those processes.

This role designs, standardizes, and scales materials management and warehouse processes, and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain systems, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The Manager keeps physical material flow aligned with system execution in the ERP/WMS, and builds the training and certification programs that make that alignment repeatable at every site.

The Manager also leads the Supply Training & Analysis Team, which develops curriculum, delivers and certifies training, and analyzes performance data to confirm readiness across Supply Chain Materials.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, or materials management
• ERP/WMS experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow

Preferred

• Startup or scaling manufacturing experience
• Lean / Six Sigma background
• Experience developing SOPs, training programs, or certification processes
• Experience leading or mentoring a team

Physical Demands
