Job summary

Kraft Heinz Fremont Factory is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to master schedule production operations and manage inventories across three shifts. You will lead a union workforce, implement KHMS processes, and drive efficiency in warehouse layout and budget adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in manufacturing warehousing, SAP and MRP experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will mentor staff, ensure GMP compliance, and partner with leaders to deliver on-time shipping

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in warehouse and shipping in manufacturing, with union workforce on 3 shifts.
Knowledge of GMP and safe work practices.
MRP experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Certified Train the Trainer for forklift.

Responsibilities

Participate in the QRMP yearly audit and assist in procedures and corrective actions.
Lead QRMP implementation to achieve targeted RCR.
Monitor inventory and assist in efficient scheduling of personnel.
Reconcile daily inbound/outbound inventory for production.
Inspect inbound carriers to minimize loss or damages.
Monitor loading/unloading inventory handling.
Conduct monthly physical inventories.
Investigate and approve invoices for warehouse and production supplies.
Optimize warehouse footprint.
Assist department budget.
Provide leadership to Warehouse staff including performance management and training.
Partner with business leaders on KHMS process improvements.
