Job summary

Kraft Heinz Holland Plant seeks a warehouse lead to manage receiving and shipping, coordinate forklift drivers, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will train staff, maintain organized storage areas, and handle documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications include forklift certification, ability to lift 75 lbs, strong communication and Excel/SAP proficiency, with prior lead experience preferred. Position is on-site at the Holland Plant.

Qualifications

• Requires certification on all forklift equipment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
• Familiarity with all aspects of supply chain functions is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Computer literacy in BPCS, SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Organizational skills and prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities for receiving supplies and shipping product.
• Coordinate activities of forklift drivers.
• Operate forklift equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Keep warehousing areas clean and organized and train staff on operations.
• Direct inbound/outbound shipments and complete required documentation.
• Report inventory status and provide ongoing communication with shift leads.
