Job summary

CF Rail Services is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead the material department in our repair facilities. You will manage inventory, document material handling, and work with sourcing to ensure uninterrupted production.

The role requires an Associate degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and a commitment to safety and process improvement. On-site, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Participation in internal/external training, TBD by management.

Responsibilities

• Set an example and conduct activities consistent with CFRS core values and safety.
• Supervise and direct a workforce of 1 to 5 in the material department to support production.
• Maintain an efficient workforce through training, counseling, and motivation of direct reports.
• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective material deliveries.
