Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably JDE).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of material handlers to support daily production replenishment.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities under guidance from the Supply Chain Manager.
• Develop and maintain material handling processes and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and GD policies for material handling equipment.
• Support inventory counts and audits; participate in year-end physical inventory.
