Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Materials Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, supervise operators, and ensure safe, compliant processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and lead by example to uphold 5S standards, safety culture, and production targets in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role requires strong mechanical skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in an industrial or process-driven environment.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of rotating equipment, bulk liquid transfers, boilers, cooling towers, and process utilities.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of plant operators and staff to ensure safe, efficient work according to policies.
• Oversee daily plant operations, process control, equipment monitoring and procedure compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to meet production goals and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
