Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials and logistics experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years leading hourly personnel.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.
• Ability to train others on processes and procedures.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages the shipping, inventory and/or receiving systems while upholding safety, health, and environmental policies in the warehouse.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience with third party services including sequencing, kitting, repack, deconsolidation, and bulk and small lot metering.
• Coordinates activities with other departments and implements programs to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Assists leadership with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Coordinates and monitors contents of shipments arriving and leaving Comprehensive Logistics.
• Plans, assigns, and directs the work of hourly team members.
• Rewards, provides corrective action, addresses complaints, and resolves problems.
