Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. (via its unit Super Products LLC) in Mukwonago, WI, is growing and seeks a Materials Supervisor to drive best-in-class inventory management, cycle counting, and Lean improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team of material handlers, optimize warehouse space, coordinate with production planning, and ensure accurate receipts and shipments while building a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in materials or warehouse field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with cycle counting programs and methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Excel, and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle count activities.
• Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies to determine root causes.
• Maintain cycle count documentation and records of inventory system transactions.
• Assist in updating and maintaining cycle count and inventory control procedures.
• Communicate daily with department managers and line supervisors regarding material status.
• Monitor product and material velocity; adjust warehouse space and storage locations accordingly.
• Resolve inventory issues with Production Planner to correct work orders.
• Review receipts, shipments, and all material movements for accurate flow.
