Job summary

Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager at our Mukwonago, WI facility. This leadership role guides Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to optimize inventory, supplier performance, and material flow while supporting manufacturing objectives.

You will develop supplier relationships, manage cost savings initiatives, and partner with cross-functional groups to enable on-time production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or materials management in manufacturing
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Proficiency with Excel and JD Edwards or comparable ERP

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to achieve quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Partner with Corporate Purchasing to maximize cost savings.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory turns, cycle count accuracy, and supplier performance; implement corrective actions.
