Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of JIT/ISP systems and customer shipping requirements.
• Strong computer skills; experience with ERP or Trans4M.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material handlers across shipping, receiving, and production.
• Ensure on-time customer shipments and delivery windows.
• Coordinate with production and planning to meet daily schedules.
• Manage staffing levels and overtime to align with demand and budget.
• Oversee shipping documents like bills of lading.
• Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems (TS/IATF).
• Lead employee performance, training, and development.
• Coordinate special projects including layout and process improvements.
