Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Beaver Dam, WI to lead the materials, warehousing, and inventory functions within the Operations and Supply Chain team.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in materials or supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Expect a Monday–Thursday shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with opportunities to drive continuous improvements and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of materials, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, developing employees, or coordinating work activities.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all internal material flow activities including receiving, warehousing, inventory movement, line-side delivery, and shipping operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop materials team members to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and material handling efficiency.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including staging, storage, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure material availability and support customer delivery objectives.
