Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in materials management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• 5 years in materials planning systems and ERP software to analyze and manage inventory and procurement processes.
• 3 years leading cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise in materials management, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and governance standards.
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve inventory strategies, procurement processes, and supply chain workflows to enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics, to drive alignment and execute effective materials planning strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to address complex materials management challenges and support business objectives.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs to support annual planning, operational targets, and executive leadership reporting.
• Govern and maintain master data integrity in accordance with Global Data Management standards across all sites while driving enhancements to SIOP processes.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to align material strategies with demand driven approach, business priorities, and operational requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop planning teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive organizational excellence through effective change management, process standardization, and the deployment of best-in-class planning practices.
• Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as required to support business and operational objectives.
