Job summary

Skydio in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Materials Program Manager to drive material strategy and CTB processes for drones and docks. You will plan BOM materials, manage Tier 2 CM material flow, and ensure on-time shipments while balancing inventory and costs.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, use CTB to guide ECOs, address supply risks, and help improve internal systems. A strong background in PLM/ERP and on-site presence are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
• 5–8 years of OEM/JDM/ODM hardware and CM experience.
• Strong analytical and data-based problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.
• On-site in Hayward, CA (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Plan BOMs to ensure material availability across product lifecycle at in-house FATP and CM sites.
• Manage CTB to drive material readiness for production plans and orders.
• Identify supply risks and communicate across stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Use CTB to drive ECOs, product transitions, and material revisions.
• Collaborate with procurement to drive supply commitments and resolve shortages.
• Work in a cross-functional team with manufacturing, PM, design, and logistics.
