Job summary

Terracon in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Engineering Professional to provide a broad range of materials and engineering services. You will lead field investigations, perform calculations, develop plans and specifications, and review reports to ensure compliance with project documents.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, assist in proposals and cost estimates, and help manage project progress and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred; Masters degree preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning.
• Provide quality standards on proposal and project delivery.
• Manage and execute small projects of minimal complexity.
• Assist in developing scope of work and cost estimates.
• Analyze data and perform engineering calculations for review.
• Coordinate field investigations, laboratory testing and data evaluation.
• Develop detailed project work plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with senior project manager and PE of Record.
• Supervise field staff and communicate project progress to clients.
