Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage stock inventories through purchasing and planning. You will source, create purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and perform MRP evaluations to optimize stock levels. The role requires interacting with customers and vendors, supporting sales, and coordinating warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive mill tool knowledge required.
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Collaborate with other departments to support sales.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts.
• Manage processes and administrative/operations functions.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders and invoicing.
• Provide technical sales support and product consultation to customers.
• Grow and cultivate the customer base.
• Perform warehouse and/or driver duties as needed.
