Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Boulder to maintain and issue properly stored materials, receive inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. You will support SAP-based inventory control, coordinate shipments, and help drive safety and compliance in handling chemicals.

The role requires forklift operation, good communication, and attention to detail. A high school diploma is required with several years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ years of related experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of related experience preferred.
• Must have good communication skills, attention to detail and record keeping.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory and non-inventory materials and label accurately.
• Document and forward materials to relevant functions.
• Maintain SAP inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate material shipments and communicate with planning and manufacturing.
