Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Durham site is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform all warehousing duties for OFP Site Durham, including SAP/ERP inventory control and material put-away. The role encompasses hazardous storage, GMP materials, and safety compliance within a high-performance team.

You will collaborate with the warehouse sampling team, conduct daily forklift inspections, and maintain accurate SAP records for material movements and inventory adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of warehousing or manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, including knowledge of metric system.
• Ability to read, write legibly & understand all department documentation required.
• Ability to drive non-CDL box truck or similar vehicle for movement of materials on site required.

Responsibilities

• Handling, labelling & storage of hazardous materials up to 10,000 sq ft and Class 1 Division 2 items.
• Handling, labelling & storage of GMP non-hazardous materials.
• Process material handling operations for hazardous materials (drums, pallets, IBC).
• Maintain up-to-date training status and perform daily forklift inspections.
• Ensure material movements are performed timely & accurately in SAP/ERP and perform transfers/adjustments.
