Job summary

Responsibilities

• Input and process customer orders in a timely manner according to Materiel Services processes.
• Generate all related paperwork and information for customer orders.
• Handle customer returns and ensure proper credit is issued.
• Interact with warehouse staff to achieve efficient processes.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and policies to provide accurate solutions.
• Advise customers on stock availability when needed and route to appropriate resources.
• Participate in physical inventories and warehouse cycle counts.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints courteously and direct to the right person.
