Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC seeks a warehouse Receiver to ensure accurate, timely and safe unloading and receipt of product. You will compare and verify all material from the assigned carrier, document counts, and sign necessary paperwork, taking responsibility for any discrepancies thereafter.

The role requires the ability to lift 20-30 lbs continuously and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to work through temperatures (-10° to 40°).

Qualifications

• 3+ months of distribution/inventory experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive product, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compare and verify material from each carrier against the bill of lading and document counts.
• Sign paperwork and be accountable for discrepancies.
