Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.
• Experience in regulated environments such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GEMBA audits to verify compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and DHL standards.
• Monitor warehouse operations for deviations and communicate findings to management.
• Support the site's QMS adherence to quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Support CAPA activities including root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain audit records, quality reports, training docs, and compliance records.
• Perform observations to ensure workforce adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and operational execution.
• Collaborate with operations to develop and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer and internal audits, management reviews, and regulatory inspections.
• Review supplier performance against quality, safety, operational, and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory control for Life Sciences & Healthcare temperature-controlled products.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Generate inventory reports and communicate status and trends to stakeholders.
• Maintain chain-of-custody, traceability, and product integrity for temperature-controlled products.
• Support temperature monitoring activities and ensure cold chain documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate quality, audit, inventory, and supplier records.
• Analyze quality and operational data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support customer-specific quality requirements and SOP revisions.
