Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in English to uphold safety requirements and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety procedures.
• Certified (or willing to be trained) to operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with forklifts or man-up order pickers is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works proactively and effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners or voice-picking systems.
• Packing and preparing orders with correct products, lot numbers, addresses, and temperatures.
• Picking and packing in ambient, refrigerated, and frozen environments.
• Examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory.
• Moving material within warehouse, distribution, and production facilities.
• Operating forklifts and order pickers as required.
• Maintaining inventory with attention to detail.
• Adhering to and improving quality and safety systems.
