Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Property Supervisor to oversee storage, shipping, and receiving of materials, ensuring accurate location and timely distribution to departments to support production.

You will supervise property staff, enforce safety policies, manage inventory counts, coordinate with contractors, inspect equipment, and maintain both manual and electronic records of shipping and receiving to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to enter data accurately into databases, follow processes, perform basic mathematical computations, and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista's goals.
• Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, phone, scanner, printer, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Security and Safety policies.
• Utilize handling equipment to move material to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains.
